Qualifications

• 15+ years in hotel management with GM roles emphasized.
• Experience managing multiple properties or large single-site operations.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations including F&B, Rooms, Sales & Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of hotels.
• Drive revenue generation and profitability via sales, marketing and ops strategies.
• Ensure consistent guest service and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Lead, motivate and develop on-site hotel management teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal regs.
