Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Remote Hotel Revenue Manager to optimize a portfolio of properties from a fully remote environment. You will lead pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR while collaborating with property management and sales teams.

The role requires at least 4 years in hotel revenue management, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with IDeaS or Duetto and PMS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel revenue management.
• Proven expertise in revenue management principles, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency with hotel revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto) and PMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies for assigned hotels.
• Analyze market data, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to set optimal room rates and inventory controls.
• Manage the hotel's inventory across all distribution channels, including GDS, OTAs, and direct bookings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align pricing strategies with promotions.
• Monitor booking pace, identify opportunities, and implement adjustments.
• Conduct regular business reviews with hotel stakeholders.
• Utilize revenue management software and reporting tools to their full potential.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, economic factors and tech advances in revenue management.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing online presence and channel mix.
