The ideal candidate has 10+ years in luxury hotel management, exceptional leadership and financial acumen, and a proven ability to inspire and develop teams while delivering unparalleled guest experiences through technology-enabled oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hotel management experience, with leadership roles in luxury properties.
• Strong financial acumen and track record of profitability in upscale environments.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Deep understanding of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the hotel's operations aligned with group standards.
• Drive financial performance including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability through strategic planning.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest service and experiences, maintaining luxury standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel's senior management team.
• Oversee all departments including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health, safety, and brand standards.
• Represent the hotel in external forums and promote its image.
• Leverage technology and remote management tools to oversee operations and team performance.
