Placements24 seeks a Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a fast-growing FinTech client. You will own forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning while delivering actionable insights to executives from anywhere in South Africa.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP and BI tools, and the ability to collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams. CPA/CMA is preferred; 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and data visualization is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast, identifying drivers and variances.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for senior management and board.
• Provide KPI analysis and business trend insights.
• Support leaders with financial data to drive performance improvements.
• Evaluate financial implications of new initiatives and investments.
