Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• MBA or CFA/CMA considered a strong advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience in banking and finance is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial performance reports, variance analyses, and KPIs to senior management.
• Analyze business trends and financial drivers, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide financial expertise.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used for planning and reporting.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the FP&A team, fostering their professional growth.
• Contribute to the development of financial dashboards and reporting tools.
