Placements24 is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead financial strategy and operations. This fully remote role allows you to contribute from anywhere in SA, including Port Elizabeth.

You will build models, craft business plans, and provide insights for executive decision-making in a fast-paced fintech environment. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, CPA/CA or equivalent, and strong Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

• CPA, CA or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years FP&A, corporate finance or investment banking experience.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Build sophisticated models for initiatives and scenarios.
• Analyze performance vs budget and forecast.
• Prepare management reports for executives.
• Collaborate with departments for data and insights.
• Identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
