Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join a remote finance operation. You will build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, delivering insights to senior management in a virtual setting.

The role requires 4+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel, and experience with Hyperion/Anaplan/Tableau. You will collaborate with multiple departments, identify trends and cost savings, and present findings clearly to diverse audiences from

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
MBA or CFA/CPA is a strong advantage.
4+ years in financial analysis, FP&A or a similar role.
Advanced Excel modeling, data analysis, VBA.
Experience with Hyperion, Anaplan, Tableau.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and KPIs.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Conduct profitability analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental budgets.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers and performance.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Contribute to process improvements in financial planning and analysis.
