Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Fleet Administrator to oversee administrative tasks for the transportation fleet from a remote location serving East London. You will manage vehicle records, maintenance scheduling, driver documents, and compliance, supporting smooth delivery services.

Ideal candidates are organized, proficient with admin software, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and management in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in fleet administration, logistics support, or a similar admin role.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and fleet management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with drivers and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle records including registration, insurance, and maintenance logs.
• Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance with service providers.
• Process driver licenses, permits, and driving records.
• Ensure fleet complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage fuel card programs and track fuel expenses.
• Generate reports on fleet activity, costs and compliance.
