Job summary

Remote Recruitment is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support a UK-based employer, working fully remote from South Africa. You will manage MOTs, servicing, insurance, and driver records, ensuring all dates are tracked and renewals acted on promptly.

You will coordinate with garages, drivers and suppliers, maintain accurate logs, generate cost and compliance reports, and work UK business hours from home as part of a South African team.

Qualifications

• Experience with fleet, vehicle or compliance-heavy administration.
• Diary and renewal tracking discipline across many moving dates.
• Confident in Excel or Google Sheets for cost and status reporting.
• Comfortable liaising with garages, drivers and suppliers.
• Accurate record-keeping under audit conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle records including MOT, service, tax and insurance dates.
• Schedule servicing, repairs and inspections with garages.
• Track driver licences, checks and training renewals.
• Process fuel card, toll and congestion charge administration.
• Log incidents and support insurance claim paperwork.
• Produce fleet cost and compliance reports.
