Placements24 seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals in a remote-first environment. You will guide employee relations, performance, compensation, and talent development while shaping an engaging employee experience across locations.

The role requires 7+ years in HR, strong knowledge of SA labour law, and a proven ability to influence senior management. You will partner across departments, drive HR analytics, and lead change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR with business partnering experience.
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforce.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and development.
• Embed our client’s values and culture across remote workforce.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Develop and deliver leadership training programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Manage complex employee relations with fairness and adherence to law.
