Placements24, a leading talent solutions provider, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to advise senior leadership and drive people strategies in a remote-first, globally distributed team focused on outcomes.

You will shape the employee experience, partner with cross‑functional leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance with SA labor laws, and promote DEI and development programs to attract, engage and retain top talent across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience with 3+ years in an HRBP role.
• Proven experience in remote or hybrid environments is essential.
• Strong employee relations, talent management and org development skills.
• Solid knowledge of SA labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into HR plans.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and compensation.
• Design policies supporting remote-first culture and organizational goals.
• Analyze HR metrics and propose data-driven improvements.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies in a global market.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in a remote environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across operating regions.
• Identify training needs for employees and leaders and drive programs.
