Placements24 is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for our client, a leading professional services firm operating remotely from South Africa. This strategic role partners with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and culture across a distributed workforce.

You will guide talent management, performance, compensation, and organizational development, while driving talent acquisition and retention in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification advantageous.
• 7+ years HR with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role.
• Experience aligning HR strategy with business goals.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven HR with HRIS proficiency.
• Experience in remote or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of SA labor law and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance, compensation, and development.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Support organizational change initiatives across the business.
• Analyze HR data to inform decisions and identify trends.
• Develop and deliver leadership training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate risks.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Handle complex employee relations cases and investigations.
