Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of E-commerce and Digital Marketing to define and drive the online strategy for a leading e-commerce brand. This fully remote executive role offers South Africa-wide flexibility and a chance to shape growth from anywhere in the country.

You will oversee all digital channels, optimize the customer journey, and report KPIs to senior leadership while building a high-performing, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in e-commerce leadership and digital marketing.
• Proven track record in scaling online businesses and omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, SEO, email, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing e-commerce and digital marketing team.
