Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our remote e-commerce strategy. You will drive online sales, enhance brand presence, and craft data-driven campaigns across platforms while coordinating with cross-functional teams in Pretoria.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG/digital transformations, strong leadership, and expertise in SEO, SEM, analytics, and omnichannel marketing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are desirable.
• Minimum 10 years in digital marketing with 5+ years in leadership, FMCG/e-commerce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with goals and e-commerce objectives.
• Oversee all digital channels: SEO, SEM, social, email, content, affiliate marketing.
• Manage and optimize the e-commerce website for UX, conversion, and performance.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative digital campaigns.
• Analyze metrics, KPIs, and ROI; report to senior leadership.
