Placements24 invites an experienced Remote E-commerce Growth Manager to spearhead online expansion from anywhere in SA. You will craft growth strategies, optimize the e-commerce platform, and drive revenue through paid media, CRO, and analytics.

You will lead a remote marketing and e-commerce team, collaborate with product, IT, and customer service, and report on performance against ambitious targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management and digital growth strategies.
• Proven track record of scaling online businesses and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, CRO, analytics, and marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy focusing on acquisition, retention and LTV.
• Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform including UX, CRO, and site performance.
• Manage and scale paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads) to drive qualified traffic and sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of marketing and e-commerce professionals.
