The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in e-commerce leadership, a Master’s in business-related field, deep platform and digital marketing knowledge, and strong remote-team leadership. You will partner with senior leaders to drive measurable outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce strategy and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, suitable for a remote team environment.
