Qualifications

• 10+ years in ecommerce and digital marketing leadership.
• Proven track record scaling ecommerce and growing online revenue.
• Deep knowledge of ecommerce platforms, marketing tech, and analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and P&L management.
• Experience leading and inspiring remote teams.
• Master's in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce and digital marketing strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and manage ecommerce and digital marketing teams.
• Oversee ecommerce platform UX, conversion, and site performance.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention via SEO, SEM, social, email, content.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.
• Manage ecommerce budget for maximum ROI.
