Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, esp. ecommerce.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and advanced analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies for ecommerce growth.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, social and content marketing to maximize ROI.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer journey mapping.
• Manage the digital marketing budget to optimize CAC and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs across channels and provide strategic recommendations.
