You will craft campaigns, optimize funnels, and collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to drive brand awareness and sales across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing and e-commerce strategy with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the Western Cape market dynamics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Define and execute e-commerce strategies to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Manage and oversee online advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and budget allocation.
• Analyze digital marketing performance data, website analytics, and sales metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
