Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing major deals.
• Strong knowledge of fintech trends, digital payments or blockchain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in fintech.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build relationships with clients, partners and industry players.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close complex deals with favorable terms.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to align BD efforts.
• Represent the company at virtual and in-person events as needed.
• Stay updated on fintech, digital banking, and regulatory changes.
