The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in BD and partnerships within tech, a strong track record of exceeding targets, and deep knowledge of enterprise software, cloud services, and SaaS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in business-related field.
• 10–12 years in BD, partnerships, and B2B sales leadership within technology sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in technology solutions.
• Experience leading global remote sales teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software, cloud, SaaS, and related tech trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology companies, SI partners, and industry players.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales and BD team (remote).
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities and strategies for market penetration.
• Set ambitious sales targets and ensure achievement through effective leadership and execution.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee complex sales proposals, contracts, and partnerships negotiations.
