Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, business development, or strategic partnerships within fintech/tech.
• Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of financial services, tech trends, and market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market intelligence.
• Self-starter with remote-work independence.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with growth objectives and market strategy.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans for partnership initiatives, including timelines and resources.
• Lead negotiation processes for partnership agreements with favorable terms.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new partners for seamless collaboration.
