Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or professional qualification (CA(SA), CPA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and internal controls.
• Proven experience in managing remote teams and operations.
• Proficiency with modern financial software and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, planning, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls for compliance and risk mitigation.
