Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CA(SA) is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of progressive financial management experience.
- Experience leading finance teams and developing strategic plans.
- Strong IFRS knowledge and financial modelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage finance and accounting departments, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closings with accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Mentor the finance team and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
