• Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, evaluating technical expertise, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and cultural fit for demanding industry roles.
• Build and cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations and within the industry network.
• Identify and engage with top‑tier executive talent globally, often from passive candidate pools.
• Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles and market intelligence reports to clients.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and leveraging your industry network.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive search, with a significant specialization in the Mining and Resources sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully completing senior‑level (C-suite/VP) placements within the industry.
• Deep knowledge of the mining lifecycle, geological, engineering, operational, and financial aspects of the sector.
