• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing remote recruitment teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, tailored for a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fully remote capacity.
