Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end executive search process, from client briefing and candidate sourcing to in-depth interviewing, referencing, and offer negotiation.
• Developing and executing tailored search strategies for highly specialized and confidential senior appointments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in utilizing advanced search techniques, professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and recruitment databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives globally.
• Must be highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fully remote work environment.
• A relevant degree (e.g., Engineering, Geology, Business, Human Resources) is preferred.
