Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed search strategies, including market mapping, stakeholder analysis, and targeted candidate identification.
• Engage proactively with potential candidates, assessing their qualifications, career aspirations, and fit for senior leadership positions.
• Build and maintain an in-depth network of contacts within the mining and resources industry globally.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence and background checks on prospective candidates.
• Prepare and present comprehensive candidate profiles and interview reports to clients.
• Manage client relationships at the highest level, ensuring exceptional service delivery and project management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of mining operations, exploration, geology, engineering, and related disciplines.
