This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to work from any location within South Africa. You will be responsible for conducting high-level executive searches, identifying and engaging top-tier leadership talent for critical C-suite, VP, and Director-level positions across various industries. This role demands exceptional networking abilities, market intelligence, discretion, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. As a fully remote consultant, you will leverage digital tools and platforms to build relationships and deliver impactful talent solutions for our distinguished clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive search assignments from inception to successful placement.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract exceptional leadership candidates.
• Conduct thorough market mapping and research to understand talent landscapes and competitive intelligence.
• Engage proactively with senior-level executives, building rapport and assessing their qualifications, leadership potential, and career aspirations.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including reference checks and in-depth interviews, ensuring suitability for executive roles.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, organizational culture, and leadership needs.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles and debriefs for client presentations.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism throughout the search process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in executive search or high-impact executive recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level leaders (C-suite, VP, Director).
