Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and creative Event Planner to orchestrate memorable experiences for clients, operating remotely. You will manage all aspects of event planning—from conception and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis—across the Arts & Entertainment sector for clients in various locations.

The role demands excellent organizational, budgeting, and vendor-management skills, with proficiency in event management software and virtual platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional event planning experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven vendor negotiation and management skills.
• Experience with virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events end-to-end.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources wisely.
• Source and manage venues, caterers, AV providers, and entertainment.
• Create timelines and oversee all logistical aspects of events.
• Design marketing/communication plans to boost attendance.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on success metrics.
