Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Event Coordinator to lead our remote team. You will manage every aspect of online artistic performances, virtual gallery tours, and digital workshops, ensuring engaging experiences for a global audience from your home office.

You will coordinate with performers, speakers, artists, and other stakeholders, troubleshoot live streams, and develop invitations, technical guidelines, and post-event surveys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordinating virtual events.
• Experience with Zoom, Hopin or StreamYard.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of virtual events, from platform selection to attendee management.
• Manage and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams and interactive sessions.
• Coordinate with performers, speakers, artists, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event flow.
• Develop and distribute event materials, including invitations, technical guidelines, and post-event surveys.
• Monitor attendee engagement and provide real-time support during virtual events.
• Analyze event data to identify successes and areas for improvement in future virtual productions.
