Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience coordinating virtual or hybrid events.
Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as Zoom Events, Hopin, and Cvent.

Excellent communication and client-focused interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute virtual events from inception to completion.
Select and manage virtual event platforms and technologies.
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics.
Develop promotional materials and manage attendee registration and communications.
Monitor events, provide technical support, and drive attendee engagement.
