Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Planner & Coordinator to manage a portfolio of virtual and hybrid events for a global client base. You will conceptualize, plan, and flawlessly execute events from start to finish, ensuring client objectives are met and attendee experiences exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of event planning experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Zoom Events, Hopin, and Cvent.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in event planning and coordination.
• Experience with virtual/hybrid events and international clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual conferences, webinars, product launches, and corporate retreats for international clients.
• Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue sourcing (virtual and physical), vendor management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop creative event concepts and themes aligned with client goals and target audiences.
• Utilize and manage various event technology platforms for virtual engagement, registration, and content delivery.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Oversee event execution on the day(s) of the event, troubleshooting any issues that arise in real-time.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and maximizing return on investment.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and drive attendee engagement.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
