You will manage concepts, timelines, budgets, suppliers, and post-event debriefs, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills to meet client objectives and create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in event planning and coordination, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency in event planning software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute various events, including conferences, banquets, and corporate functions.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and detailed timelines in collaboration with clients.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Source and liaise with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
