Job summary

Assist World is recruiting an experienced Virtual Patient Coordinator & eClinicalWorks Specialist for a private cash-based medical wellness and weight management clinic based in Florida. The role focuses on migrating scheduling to eCW, managing patient records, and ensuring compliant, auditable documentation, while delivering a patient-first concierge experience.

Qualifications

• eClinicalWorks mastery with 2+ years daily experience in eCW.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
• 2-3 years healthcare admin experience.
• Familiar with cash-pay operations using Square or similar.
• Solid HIPAA knowledge and privacy handling.
• Remote-ready with dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Migrate scheduling workflows into eClinicalWorks and optimize EMR.
• Manage charts, upload lab results, and ensure clean documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and standardize workflows for potential compliance.
• Deliver patient-first concierge via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate scheduling, reminders, and onboarding for new patients.
• Serve as liaison between practitioner and patient base.
• Handle cash-pay transactions and daily appointment logs.
• Identify and clear back-office bottlenecks to free clinician time.
