Qualifications

• Experience as Case Manager or intake coordinator in healthcare or behavioural health.
• Experience managing multiple cases or caseloads.
• Experience coordinating new client intake and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and oversee administrative coordination of each client journey.
• Act as main contact between clients, families, clinical teams, admin teams, and insurance providers.
• Monitor case progress and ensure all required actions are completed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records in systems and documents.
• Coordinate end-to-end intake process for new clients and onboarding.
