Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, customer service or outbound calling preferred.
• Must be comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable speaking with patients and families.
• Ability to explain information clearly and understandably.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound calls to patients and/or their family members.
• Explain the programme and consent process to patients.
• Obtain verbal consent and coordinate documentation.
• Follow up until consent is completed and forms returned.
• Maintain accurate consent records and tracking.
• Escalate questions needing clinical/management input.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
