ReWorks Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Dispatch & Patient Coordination Specialist in South Africa. The role focuses on patient intake, appointment coordination, and technician dispatching for a healthcare service provider, with remote work options within the country.

You will register patients, coordinate appointments, manage technician routes, and update several systems, ensuring timely and accurate information for patients and internal teams.

Formación

• Experience in healthcare administration, dispatching, scheduling, patient intake, or call-center coordination.
• Strong telephone communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle patient intake, registration, and inquiries across multiple systems.
• Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on schedules, locations, and service requirements.
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments; maintain records across platforms.
• Communicate scheduling updates to technicians and internal teams; follow up on outstanding tasks.
