Placements24 seeks a highly motivated Remote Educational Consultant to shape and enhance our online learning content. You will advise on curriculum development, pedagogy, and best practices for digital education across our platforms, translating theory into engaging e-learning experiences.

The role emphasizes independent work in a fully remote setting, collaboration with instructional designers and SMEs, and delivering evidence-based improvements to content and learning outcomes.

Formación

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (required)
• Minimum 5 years in educational consulting, instructional design, or curriculum development with a focus on online/e-learning
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories (andragogy) and online pedagogy
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of independent, multi-project work remotely

Responsabilidades

• Consult on the design and development of engaging online courses and learning modules
• Advise on pedagogical approaches for diverse online learning audiences
• Evaluate existing digital content for effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on trends in online education and e-learning
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure high-quality content
• Develop guidelines and best practices for online content creation and delivery
