Placements24 is seeking an Educational Program Manager to oversee the development and execution of key educational initiatives from a remote workspace serving the Bloemfontein region. You will manage planning, implementation, and evaluation while aligning with institutional goals and outcomes.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management, communication, and leadership skills, capable of coordinating with diverse stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of program management experience in education.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage educational programs from inception to completion, within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate program success.
• Develop program materials, including goals, scope, and deliverables, aligned with objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes with recommendations.
