Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through remote engagement, ideally near Richards Bay. You will identify and nurture new opportunities, forge partnerships, and expand market reach across sectors from a flexible home office.

The role requires strong market analysis, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; you will work independently to deliver sustainable revenue streams and contribute to the company’s expansion goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related strategic role.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals.
Strong understanding of market analysis and strategic planning.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities
