Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote E-commerce Operations Coordinator for a rapidly expanding online retailer. This fully remote role covers order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and content updates while coordinating with third-party logistics providers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent remote collaboration, and a bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of order management and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
• Reliable internet and a dedicated home office setup.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Operations Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Update product information, pricing, and descriptions on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.
• Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges.
• Assist in the implementation of new e-commerce features and functionalities.
• Maintain organized records of all operational activities and transactions.
• Contribute to optimizing the overall e-commerce customer journey and operational workflows.
