Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to oversee online retail operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey from browse to delivery. You will manage product listings, coordinate fulfillment, and monitor inventory across multiple channels in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, familiarity with Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Familiar with Shopify, Magento or WooCommerce.
• Strong understanding of online retail processes including order fulfillment and logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update product listings with descriptions and imagery.
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers and logistics partners for timely processing and delivery.
• Monitor inventory across channels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
• Analyze website performance, sales data and customer behavior for optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the e-commerce site, orders or fulfillment.
• Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and promotions.
