Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support a growing online business in a fully remote capacity. You will manage daily e-commerce operations from order processing to inventory control and customer service liaison, working within a virtual team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent remote collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or related admin roles.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Assist in managing product listings with descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Liaise with customer service to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements within the e-commerce operations workflow.
