Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and shipping coordination.


• Manage and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels on the e-commerce platform.


• Monitor website performance, identify technical issues, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.


• Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and ensure accurate product listings.


• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and conversion rates to identify trends and recommend improvements.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations and best practices.

Requirements
