• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks, including inventory tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between store teams, management, and other departments.
• Manage and update operational documentation and process guides.
• Assist with the onboarding of new retail staff by coordinating necessary training materials.
• Monitor key operational performance indicators and flag any deviations or issues.
• Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges in the company's systems remotely.
