Placements24 is seeking a strategic Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of online business operations. This role covers order fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and technical platform improvements in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in e-commerce operations, strong expertise with Shopify/Magento, and proven leadership in vendor management and data-driven optimization. Remote work flexibility is a key benefit of this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in e-commerce operations or related field.
• Experience overseeing logistics, inventory and fulfillment operations.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and OMS.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment from order to delivery.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, warehouses, and carriers for timely delivery.
• Implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce stockouts.
• Set and enforce customer service standards across online touchpoints.
• Monitor website performance and coordinate platform improvements with developers.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and drive cost reductions.
