Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on e-commerce management experience in retail is required.
• Proven track record increasing online sales and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, categories, and site content for visibility and conversion.
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
• Analyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee customer journey from browse to checkout for a smooth UX.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to plan online promotions.
• Monitor online inventory with warehousing and logistics teams.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics to management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the platform, payments, and fulfillment.
