Placements24 is seeking a Lead E-commerce Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition and retention for its online sports retail platform. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in e-commerce management and growth marketing.
• Proven ability to drive profitable e-commerce growth.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (GA, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and affiliate marketing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce funnel from acquisition to retention.
• Develop data-driven strategies to boost traffic, conversion, AOV, and LTV.
• Manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and affiliates.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams on UX.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists.
• Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversions.
