Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead online brand presence and sales for our ecommerce channels. The role requires a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in online advertising, SEO, content and social media strategy.

This is a fully remote position based in South Africa, offering flexibility and growth opportunities. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with ecommerce focus.
• Proven track record of online revenue growth.
• Expertise across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Proficient with web analytics and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong communication and remote leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven ecommerce marketing strategy to hit sales targets.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads, display).
• Oversee SEO to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Create and execute content marketing (blogs, product copy, website copy).
• Lead email marketing campaigns with segmentation and analysis.
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance with Google Analytics.
• Identify strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle value.
• Collaborate with design, web development and sales for cohesive branding.
